My name is Graeme Fickling. I recently graduated with a Bachelors in English. This blog will allow me to explore the online community for chefs and other people in the restaurant industry, and (hopefully) provide a sounding board for my own ideas. I work as an expediter at a Contemporary Indian restaurant in Austin, TX, and am training as an apprentice. Within five years I plan to attend a Culinary School.
